RTO Status: As a Registered Training Organisation, TP human capital delivers Nationally Recognised Training and offers Certificates and Diplomas in several general and specialist business areas. Training is delivered within the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and within our own Quality Management system (AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000).
Corporate Groups: Although TP human capital caters to individuals, a large proportion of training is delivered to individual organisations. Your organisation can be confident that TP human capital has the experience and expertise to deliver the highest level of training tailored to your needs.
Corporate Rates: Corporate clients are able to gain financial benefits for conducting closed- or multiple-group training courses. If you are conducting large amounts of training, TP human capital will design a cost structure to ensure you obtain the best value for your training dollars.
Mobile Training Services: If you have remote sites or would prefer training to be delivered ‘on-site’, our trainers are available to come to you. In addition to our professional development courses, TP human capital now has the ability to deliver computer training on-site with the addition of 10 laptop computers and equipment making up our ‘mobile computer training room’.
Flexible Delivery: Not everyone works 9 to 5, and not everyone is able to attend training during office hours. TP human capital offers flexible delivery for our corporate clients. Training may be conducted on evenings or weekends, allowing your organisation to continue running efficiently through the training process.
Training Methodology: Training should be an active, not passive experience. Our interactive courses include many and varied training methods to ensure that the training is not only effective, but enjoyable.
The competency-based training system underpins our training and assessment strategies. Competency-based training applies all the training knowledge to participants' current work environments, facilitating relevant training, and assisting with the transference of skills from the training room to the workplace.
