TP human capital was formed in response to organisations seeking assistance to more effectively manage their human resources. Strategic Human Resource Planning

Regardless of organisational size, a key step in achieving organisational success is having the foundation HR systems and practices in place and operational.  TP human capital consultants can work with you to map what is required for your organisation to achieve this and to develop a plan to implement the appropriate HR processes, as well as ensuring your employees and managers are trained in the appropriate areas.

Project Consulting

Addressing specific HR requirements within your organisation (policy development, remuneration management, restructuring and downsizing, etc.) with services provided on a fixed-hourly-rate or project-specific basis.  Our experienced consultants can undertake projects in their entirety, or can assist you by providing additional resources and/ or expertise.

Retained Consulting

Depending on your organisation's size, it may be beneficial to engage one of our consultants on a regular basis.  A fixed retainer will provide you with in-house consulting services for a fixed number of hours per week, as well as a fixed level of telephone advice, tailored to suit your organisation and its requirements.

This option provides the benefit of having an in-house HR representative who will develop relationships with your employees, facilitating more open communication, and greater trust when dealing with potentially sensitive issues.
