Company History

TP human capital Pty Ltd came into fruition 01/07/2002 as a result of succession planning on behalf of two of Townsville’s longest-established and most-respected businesses in the fields of human resources and training (Townsville Personnel since 1977 and Commercial Studies Centre since 1983).

Using the strong foundations of two highly respected local companies, experts in their relevant fields (Recruitment and Training),  TP human capital emerged with a fresh and dynamic approach to human resources, while retaining those aspects of the companies that made them so successful over the years.

Strong Foundations

Townsville Personnel had been supplying quality human resource and recruitment services since 1977 and had been operating in the region longer than any other recruitment company. Townsville Personnel first gained quality-assurance rating in 1995 and is a long-term member of the Recruitment Consulting Services Association (RCSA). This quality rating has been transferred to TP human capital and was upgraded to the latest Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 in September 2002.

Commercial Studies Centre trained North Queensland since 1983 and became well recognised for delivering professional, quality training to a wide range of private, corporate and government organisations. TP human capital became the RTO (registered training organisation) in August 2003. While delivering the same well- regarded level of learning opportunities within the requirements of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF), TP human capital is continually adding and improving its offerings.
