TP human capital takes its obligations under the Privacy Act seriously and strives to take all reasonable steps in order to comply with the Act and protect the privacy of the personal information that we hold. TP human capital collects, uses and discloses the information in accordance with our Collection Statement.

Complaints
If you have any complaints about our privacy practices or wish to make a complaint about how your personal information is managed please contact: Mrs Roberta Cook – Privacy Co- ordinator (contact details as above). Complaints will be handled under TP human capital’s Quality System Complaints Policy.
Storage
TP human capital will take all reasonable steps to protect the security of the personal information that we hold. This includes appropriate measures to protect electronic materials and materials stored and generated in hard copy.
Contract
TP human capital does not contract out data storage or processing functions.
Use and disclosure
Apart from the reasons stated in TP human capital’s Collection Statement, personal information is collected for the purposes of:

Apart from those listed in TP human capital’s Collection Statement, TP human capital will disclose this information to:

Legal reasons why we collect the personal information
TP human capital collects the information in order to comply with legal obligations under the Employment Act, Superannuation Guarantee Levy, Taxation Act, Workers’ Compensation Act, and various Federal and State Awards.
What happens if you choose not to provide the information?
You are not obliged to give us your personal information. However, if you choose not to provide TP human capital with the personal details (e.g. name, address and contact details; employment history and experience; references; and assessment results) we may not be able to provide you with the full range of our Human Resource services.
Sources of Information
Where possible TP human capital will collect the information directly from the prospective applicants. However, in some cases we may receive personal information from referees or people who have worked with or are working with the applicant. For example: a colleague may express to us that the applicant could have potential in a position that we are recruiting for.
