International Services

TP human capital has a proven track record in delivering international learning and development services throughout the Asia Pacific region, including Malaysia, Cambodia and the Pacific.

TP human capital’s business vision includes strengthening relationships between Australia and our neighbouring countries; sharing our expertise in business and human capital services; and encouraging regional cooperation and support. A key focus of this vision has been to build the capacity and capabilities of businesses and employees in this region.

In 2004, TP human capital partnered with local Malay company, Asiatic Management, to provide a range of human resource services including Australian accredited training. Operating as TP human capital Australasia Group, we successfully combined excellent local business and industry knowledge, with international standard services.

An integral part of our strategy was to build the capacity of our business partners and counterpart key personnel through mentoring and coaching. This involved our Australian key personnel undertaking short-term missions (up to six months) to our international operations areas. We also provided resources including key personnel for delivery of additional learning and development services.

Expanding our services into Cambodia and the Pacific, we offered nationally recognised accredited and non-accredited training in business, human resources, management and professional development options.

A large part of TP human capital’s success in developing and delivering international programmes in diverse political and cultural environments was our ability to leverage the experience and reputation of our business partners and contacts local to the region. Establishing and building these relationships enabled us to successfully achieve our capacity- building aims and assist the region to establish professional / quality business practices.

Our long-term strategy includes identifying key issues affecting business reform within the region and addressing these issues by developing and delivering programmes to strengthen business leadership capabilities and capacity for business reform.

A significant issue we have encountered is the distinct lack of quality ‘practical’ supervisor and business training available in the Asia Pacific market which resulted in insufficient practical skills to develop leadership and management proficiency.

Our customised programmes were designed by assessing and analysing current skill levels and identifying role-specific learning and development requirements. We focused on building current transferable skills and knowledge and then developing leadership and managerial capacity through coaching and mentoring.

Under our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) status, we provide customised programmes in:

  • Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management)
  • Diploma of Business (Frontline Management)
  • Certificate IV in Business (Human Resources)
  • Diploma of Business (Human Resources)
  • Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training

We are willing and able to be flexible with regards to providing international services including undertaking short-term missions when required.
