TEAM AWESOME : THE PEOPLE BEHIND YOUR PEOPLE
We are proud of the awesome team of people we have at TP. We pride ourselves on low turnover and high engagement, ensuring your relationships are long term and an in-depth corporate knowledge, ensuring we understand your people challenges and better results.
THE IDEAS MAN
Never leave food laying around, our little meerkat will pop up out of nowhere if you do. We always joke if you need to find him in a hurry, place the snacks near your desk and he’ll emerge from his hiding space sniffing out the goods.
Having literally grown up in the business, Clayton is TP Human Capital. He is extremely focused on supporting his community and understands what is needed in the local market. His ability to interpret what the client wants and bridge the gap between what they need, and what will work in the local market, is a skill that you can only pick up over a lifetime working in the business.
THE ENGLISH ROSE
Our British Lady is famous in the office for her refined accent which we are more than happy to try replicate daily. Some may call it teasing, we call it imitation, the highest form of flattery…
Grace has her BA in Psychology and can help with career guidance and HR issues that may arise within your company. She also takes care of our White-Collar clients finding the right fit for CEO roles to receptionist roles. But wait, the fun times don’t stop there, she is also an accredited Facet5 practitioner!
THE BURDEKIN BOGAN
They say, “what you see is what you get”… but we’re never sure what we might get from her other than food. She will try and feed us, even when we are full, shoving platters and chocolate under our noses!
Stevie-Lee has a strong management background with experience managing teams of up to 80 staff! Juggling the needs of many and keeping her team focused has become second nature and that is why she takes care of our Mining clients. Entry level positions and admin to operators and supervisors, whatever the role you need.
THE COFFEE SNOB
Don’t be fooled by his gruff demeanour, his heart of gold and love of all things caffeinated means he won’t rest until he has helped all of us experience the true joy of the perfect ‘cup of joe’.
Richard has been in the recruitment field for more than 15 years, and really understands what it takes to find exactly what the client is looking for. He takes care of Blue- and White-Collar clients, recruiting everything from operators, truck drivers, supervisors, safety advisors, right through to administrators and managers. The works!
OUR OWN BINDI IRWIN
It takes a special kind of person to open your heart and your home to care for injured wildlife, and that's our Justine!
We’re lucky enough to get snuggles with those babies when they come into the office, the gift that keeps on giving!
Justine supports our entire recruitment team with her wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry so we can focus on the needs of our clients.
THE WARMEST HUG
When you think of home, that is our Felicity. She is warm, and kind, and grounded and always brings in the BEST homemade desserts that comfort you and remind you what is good in this world.
Felicity has been a part of the TP Family since 2007. She started off as our receptionist and has grown in the business to now take care of everything Training related (and let's be, everything we need to keep the office running!). She's the go-to person for planning and customising your training and development needs.
THE CREATIVE ROCKSTAR
They say Jimi Hendrix is the world’s greatest guitarist of all time, well Brian is our homegrown version! He can often be found doing a quick jam in his breaks and if you’re lucky enough you'll get to experience his talent as part of your training program.
Brian has a remarkable ability to relate to people at all levels of the workplace which he translates into unique training expereinces. He has a background in corporate training, communication styles and performing arts. He specialises in the neuroscience underlying human interaction and applies this knowledge to his teachings in leadership, team building, difficult conversations, and communication strategies.
Having competed in the Olympics in two different sports, Annalese is extremely competitive and comes in every week with a new injury from her weekend of sport. We've seen torn ligaments, broken toes, jarred fingers, and a concussion... and she keeps going back for more!
Annalese is one of our Learning and Development/HR Specialists. With her teaching degree and extensive sporting background, she understands what it takes to create a high performing team.
THE CLASS BEHIND THE CHAOS
Between a baby, rescue dogs, husband and work you would think you would just see a blur moving fast in front of you, right? WRONG. She always makes time to check in with you and have a laugh, bounce ideas around and share her insights.
Tina is passionate about people and organisational change and loves a challenge. She thinks of out of the box and creates interesting and engaging learning and development strategies to enhance the performance of the organisation and its staff.
TP GENIUS BAR
Alec is our technological go-to guy! He also has an eye for the unusual and a flair for photography, which means he always has an interesting story to share.
Alec delivers our scheduled and customised Microsoft application courses. He has experience in video production, audio engineering, computer maintenance and is in the progress of getting his bachelors in IT with a minor in Computer Science and Networking.
THE RAY OF SUNSHINE
If you are ever having a bad day, Lori will be the one to brighten it up. She loves being around people and really thrives on talking to and engaging with people from all walks of life.
Lori, our Canadian born Aussie, has been with TP for many years and is still excited about learning and delivering our Training courses. Lori delivers our scheduled and customised Microsoft packages as well as professional development courses including Managing Workplace Priorities and Mastering Meeting Minutes
THE RAY OF SUNSHINE
OUR TP OFFICE DOGGOS
Don’t let his size fool you, he is the BIGGEST sook you’ll ever meet. He will sit by your side for hours on end making sad puppy eyes to bribe treats and snuggles from you.
The mother hen of the group, she’s a nurturing old soul, but even she needs a little time out so you can often find her hiding on the couch trying to find a little peace and quiet..
This tiny terrier is in the office every day and if you cannot find him, head to the kitchen. He’ll be there ready to catch any and all bits of stray bits of food.
She barely goes far from her owner's desk and she loves a good dress up. She will choose her own outfits and wear those bad boys with pride.
Poor Nimby gets a bad rap; he's a bundle of energy with a low centre of gravity and no depth perception which can make for some hairy encounters but he's too adorable to stay mad at.
SOON TO BE HENRY
He isn’t old enough to come home with us yet, but once he hits the 8-week mark you’ll def see this cutie patootie in the office!
