Employee Engagement
Happy human resources are critical to your organisation’s success. If your employees are not actively engaged in supporting your business objectives, you will not achieve the level of success you desire.
So how can you find out if your employees are truly engaged at work?
Climate surveys (culture surveys) are one of the most common tools used by HR for assessing employee engagement, and while we agree this comprehensive approach still has a place in some situations, it’s such a significant undertaking that it often falls to the bottom of the to-do list (sometimes indefinitely!).
HR teams are typically time and resource-poor, and a more concise and somewhat ‘pointy’ approach can provide the information needed but for a fraction of the time and cost.
For this approach, we use 13 key employee engagement statements based on research by the Gallup Q12 organisation. It’s quick and easy for employees to complete, they don’t have to write anything or spend a lot of time on it; they simply rate their opinions on a scale from 1 to 5.
After we receive the results, we analyse the data and provide you with a comprehensive report explaining the overall engagement trends and individual areas for improvement. You can then use these results to help shape future activities.
