TP Human Capital is currently recruiting for an Administration Officer specialising in Workplace Health and Safety, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks critical to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace environment in heavy industry.

  • Data Entry and Documentation: Maintain accurate records in safety databases, including incident reports, safety documentation, and compliance records.
  • Risk Management Support: Assist in maintaining risk registers, conducting audits, and contributing to management plans.
  • Coordination: Book and track medical examinations for safety compliance purposes.
  • Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Handle office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Meeting and Travel Coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the safety department.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and requests promptly and confidentially.


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator, within a heavy industry or safety-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
