TP Human Capital is partnering with a government client in Townsville (On-Site role) to find an exceptional Change Manager for their exciting Information Management Project.
This is a project-based contract role offering an attractive hourly rate of $60-$75.
In this role, you will

  • Develop and implement change management strategies for the successful adoption of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Lead and collaborate with project teams, business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
  • Prepare, support, and equip employees to embrace and utilise the implemented changes.
  • Drive faster adoption, higher system utilisation, and proficiency amongst employees.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field (a master’s degree in Change Management is a bonus).
  • Around 7 years of experience as a Change Manager or a similar role in a complex organization.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and drive change initiatives.
  • A proven track record of solving complex problems and developing effective solutions.
  • Experience in managing diverse stakeholders and navigating challenging situations.
  • A strong commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and achieving results.
  • A dedication to safety and a commitment to upholding all safety regulations.
  • The ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foundational Information Management knowledge is highly desirable.
