Construction Skilled Labourers

TP Human Capital is actively seeking skilled laborers to support a variety of construction projects in the Townsville region. If you have experience in the construction industry and are ready to take on diverse and challenging projects, we want to hear from you. The available positions cover a range of skills within the civil sector, including:

• Maintenance of Signs and Lines
• Roadwork (concreting/asphalt laying)
• Pipe laying and Trench work
• Parks & Open Space

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in the construction industry is essential.
• Capability to follow instructions provided by the Manager.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Positive and cooperative attitude.
• Ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical + Drug and Alcohol Test.

Required Tickets/Licenses:

• Queensland Manual Driver’s License (C, MR, HR)
• Construction White Card
• Valid working rights in Australia
