TP Human Capital is teaming up with a government client in Townsville for a contract position until October 15, 2024. We’re searching for a motivated and results-driven individual to join the client’s team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to effectively engage with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively organize and convey information across various customer contact channels.
  • Engage with customers at a high level, drawing from experience in customer contact environments to ensure effective interaction.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite to support customer communication and related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer contact environments, showcasing strong customer interaction abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
