TP Human Capital is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to assist the Managing Director in optimising their time and ensuring seamless operations, both professionally and personally within a rapidly growing construction company.
- Proactive Time Management: Anticipate and address the needs of the Managing Director to optimise their schedule. Efficiently manage the executive’s time, allowing them to focus on strategic priorities.
- Organisational Management: Independently manage daily tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating mature and efficient time management skills. Screen and prioritise emails, staying abreast of the property market and relevant industry papers.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare meticulously for meetings, including agenda creation, participant coordination, and ensuring the MD is informed on pertinent details. Delegate tasks as necessary, keeping a focus on the bigger picture.
- Client Liaison: Contact stakeholders prior to meetings, confirming attendance and addressing any pre-meeting requirements.
- Site Oversight: Stay informed about on-site activities, providing regular updates and summaries to the MD.
- Gatekeeping: Act as a gatekeeper, screening calls and appointments to ensure their focus remains on strategic matters.
- Calendar Management: Plan and manage calendars efficiently, ensuring key dates and commitments are prioritised for business and personal.
- Office 365 Utilisation: Proficiently use Office 365 tools for effective communication, scheduling, and document management.
- Proactivity and Maturity: Demonstrated ability to work proactively, exhibiting a mature and business-focused approach.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to independently prioritise tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism.
