• Roster: A balanced 7/7 schedule ensuring optimal productivity and work-life balance
• Workday: Embrace 12.5-hour shifts, including both day and night rotations
• FIFO: Easily accessible from Brisbane, Townsville, and Cairns
• Pay Rate: Dependent on your experience and skill set Super paid on ALL Hourse
• Inclusions: Comprehensive package covering flights, meals, and comfortable accommodations

 🌟 Prerequisites for Success:

• Relevant background experience working in an underground mine environment
  • Paste fill
  • Operating both light vehicles and heavy machinery
  • Install, maintain and repair all underground services
    • Air/water/pump lines
    • Ventilation bags,
    • Temporary electrical cables
  • Maintenance and assisting with breakdowns as needed
  • General labouring and ad hoc duties as required
• Attitude matters: A team player with a positive outlook, diligence and a strong work ethic are a must!
• Commitment to growth: A thirst for learning and a drive to acquire new skills are integral 

🧨 Mandatory Criteria:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a pre-employment health assessment:
  • Mineral Mines and Quarries medical
  • Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE)
  • Blood Lead Levels
  • Chest X-Ray + ILO
  • Substance Screening (Drugs and Alcohol)
• Site inductions
