TP Human Capital are currently recruiting for INTERNAL SALES CONSULTANTS, for a leading National business based in Townsville. With business booming in Townsville, exciting opportunities exist for people to join an established team in promoting business growth and outstanding customer service in the region, helping take the business to the next level.
As an INTERNAL SALES CONSULTANT your main duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Responding to all customer enquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, delivery schedules and back orders in a timely manner.
- Receiving inbound calls from both internal and external customers regarding sales or enquiries.
- Making warm outbound calls to existing customers to generate sales and following up on previous enquiries or quotes.
- Accurately processing and keying in sales orders and quotes.
- Basic understanding of ERP and phone systems.
- Assisting with the implementation and follow up of National and branch based marketing promotions to leverage sales outcomes.
To be successful with this role, you will have:
- A Can do attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent rapport building and customer service skills.
- Friendly phone manner and strong communicator.
- Previous sales experience would be preferred but not essential.
- The skills and confidence to upsell and cross sell at every opportunity.
