Operations Assistant / Receptionist

This role is with one of our clients in the allied health domain, who is seeking an experienced receptionist or individual with administrative experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Greet clients courteously upon arrival.
  • Manage incoming calls and appointment scheduling efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize diary appointments effectively.
  • Handle document scanning, uploading, and photocopying duties.
  • Process payments and Medicare rebates accurately.
  • Ensure accuracy in collecting and updating patient information.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive data.
  • Work independently with a high level of integrity and reliability.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in managing tasks as per organizational needs.

 
Requirements:
 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Exhibit high standards of integrity and work ethic.
  • Capability to work autonomously and efficiently.
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to varying work demands.
