Real Estate Administrator – Commercial Property  

TP Human Capital is currently recruiting an Administrator to join the Commercial Property Management Team at Colliers Townsville. Our client is searching for a driven, customer focused individual to join and provide high quality support to their tight knit team.

Principle Accountabilities Include:

  • Ensuring compliance with tenant leases, regulatory items and management contracts.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with all clients, tenants, vendors and contractors.
  • Preparation of monthly owner reports.
  • Accounts payable.
  • Receipting of rent and compliance with lease terms.
  • Ensure compliance with Agents Financial Administration Act 2014.

Coupled with a strong attention to detail, you will also possess the following:

  • Strong Administration and communication skills.
  • Result orientated and effective working within a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment and be flexible.
  • Time management and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent administration and working knowledge of Microsoft programs.
  • Positive attitude, sense of humour and self-motivated.
  • Queensland Real Estate Certificate or willingness to obtain.
