TP Human Capital is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join a small local team, in Townsville, on a temporary basis.

Core responsibilities include:

  • process candidates and assist with recruitment functions
  • PA type (assistant) for a small team of 6
  • customer service – candidates and clients, someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone
  • business improvement initiatives
  • Provide reception support as required

Skills, Attributes needed:


  • A friendly and professional disposition
  • Clear and confident communication skills – verbal and written
  • Have an eye for detail 
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Suites and CRM Platforms
  • Ability to problem solve and show initiative


  • Understanding of the recruitment and/or employment industry – blue collar or mining is a bonus
  • Marketing / Graphic background either by prior experience or study – preferred but not essential
