Our previous Administrator has accepted an internal promotion so we’re looking for a new systems whiz to join our recruitment team. To be successful in this business-critical role, you will need excellent customer service and attention to detail, intermediate/advanced skills in task management software (or similar), a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and a genuine love of working in fast-paced environments.

 

Core responsibilities include:

 

Recruitment Support

  • Recruitment systems Super User
  • Coordinate and run team meetings
  • Candidate care including registrations and pre-employment requirements
  • Client care including client documentation, customer service surveys
  • Industry research and data collation

Business Support

  • Lead for recruitment business improvement initiatives
  • Assist Finance Manager with payroll and invoicing
  • Provide reception support as required
