Administered by the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training (DESBT), the Business Basics grants program provides support in the form of a single up-front fixed grant payment of $5,000 (excluding GST) for eligible small businesses.
This funding support can be used to train and coach your team in the skills required to future-proof your business.

Training and Coaching Packages

Coaching Package includes:
- 1/2-day, one-on-one coaching sessions for 5 team members
- 15 hours individual coaching for 1 team member.
Leadership Coaching
Psychometric Coaching tools help measure an individual's natural strengths, preferred communication style, approach to conflict, contributions in a team environment, and leadership style. Each individual coaching session is facilitated by our experienced accredited practitioners to explain the results, explore potential conflict triggers and focus on how to apply the learnings in the workplace.
Facet5 Behavioural Profile
The Facet5 profile shows how an individual behaves at work: actual behaviour, how to best manage, what the work strengths are likely to be, and where individual work preferences might lie.
Coaching Package includes:

Guide to Leading
This coaching tool has been specifically designed for managers and provides a guide on how best to lead and manage each individual direct report based on transformational and transactional leadership competencies.

360-Degree Leadership Feedback
The Strategic Leadership Review (SLR) process combines both a Facet5 behavioural profile and a 360-degree behavioural review to analyse and predict leadership behaviours and development requirements.
