Using a psychometric-based development method, we explore how individuals and team members prefer to contribute, interrelate, communicate, and resolve conflict in group-based environments.
Facet5 Personality Profile
To lay the foundations for the Team Insights workshop, team members will complete the online Facet5 Profile questionnaire. This consists of 106 questions arranged in semantic differentials and should take around 20 minutes to complete.
Facet5 is one of the most modern and advanced measures of personality available today. It provides a simple model and a common language to explain how people differ in their behaviour, motivation and attitudes, and more importantly, what can be achieved.
The Team Insights workshop then combines each participants’ Facet5 behavioural profile to provide a holistic team view. This combination of individual data sets and a team collaboration methodology demonstrates the team dynamics, the culture of the team, how relationships are likely to work, and how the work will be managed and delivered. Using this approach, the session will:
- To explore the differences and similarities in the natural tendencies of members in the team
- Look at how the natural tendencies contribute to team success
- Look at the stages in a work cycle, and where you are likely to get the stronger contribution from individual team members
- Explore conflict resolution strategies of team members
