Baby Boomers to Millenial – The Multi-generational workforce

For the first time in the modern history we have up to 5 different generations working side by side. Whether it’s Baby Boomers nearing retirement or Generation Z , never have we had such generational diversity in the one place.

However, because of the narrative about millennials being lazy, having a sense of entitlement and only focussed on “Me, Me, Me”, it’s becoming extremely difficult for businesses and leaders to create a productive and respectful working environment that is both inclusive and engaging.
